Terms & Conditions

Thes Terms and Conditions govern the use of Pawesome Play Secure Dog Field. By booking or using our field, you agree to the following:

1. Use of the field

  • The field is provided for private hire for exercisiing dogs in a secure enviroment.

  • Only the number of dogs and people stated in your booking is permitted.

  • You must keep the gate securely closed at all times.

​

2. Dog Responsibility 

  • You are fully responsible for your dog(s) at all times.

  • Dogs must not be left unnattended.

  • All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and free from contagious illness.

  • Dogs known to be aggressive must be properly controlled and only booked as sole use.

3. Safety

​

  • Use of the field is at your own risk.

  • We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons, dogs or property whiles using the field.

  • You must check the field for hazards before use and report ant issues immediately.

​

4. Cleanliness

​

  • You must pick up and remove all dog waste, and rubbish (in the bins provided).

  • The field must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

​

5. Bookings & Cancellations

​

  • Bookings must be made in advance via our approved system.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No refunds will be given.

​

6. Timekeeping 

​

  • Yiour session must start and end within your allocated time slot.

  • Please vacate the field promptly to allow the next user access.

​

7. Prohibited Activities

​

  • No smoking, Vaping, fires or babeques.

  • No illegal or dangerous activities.

  • No unauthorised commercial use without prior agreement.

8. Children

​

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

​

9. CCTV

​

  • CCTV may be in operation for safety and security purposes.

​

10. Liability

​

  • You agree to indemnify Pawesome Play Secure Dog Field against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the field or your dog(s).

11. Right To Refuse 

​

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion if these terms and conditions are breached.

​

12. Changes To Terms 

​

  • We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the field constitutes acceptance of any changes.

​

By booking or using Pawesome Play Secure Dog  Field, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
